Storage and prewashing
The storage process is a crucial step in the management of flexible plastics destined for recycling.
We make sure that this operation is carried out with the utmost care and attention, to preserve the quality of the material destined for further processing. Next, the stored materials are sent through an initial washing process, which can be water or dry, as required. This pre-treatment is designed to enable the effective removal of contaminants, preparing the input for the next phases of the plastic recycling washing plant.
Friction washing
Unlike traditional methods, our innovative flexible plastics washing system uses a unique friction process. An approach that generates heat through friction without using external heating systems to ensure a more efficient and sustainable treatment.
Our system can effectively remove a wide range of impurities, including organic waste, glue, aluminum, wood, oil, adhesives, printing ink and even lingering odors. Everything is done without the need for additional machinery or the use of chemical additives, making our process a benchmark for plastics recycling plants.
Drying
Our plastic recycling machinery is designed to completely eliminate residual moisture from the product, reaching levels of less than 1%.
