Storage and prewashing
Storage is an essential step in the management of nonwovens destined for recycling. We guarantee that each step of this operation is carried out with the utmost care, to preserve the integrity of the material and optimize the subsequent processing.
Next, the stored materials undergo an initial washing treatment, which can be performed either dry or with water, depending on the specific characteristics of the nonwoven and the degree of contamination. This initial step removes impurities such as soil, dust, and other unwanted substances, preparing the material for the next steps.
Friction washing
Our innovative washing system for nonwoven fabric uses a friction-based method that generates heat naturally, without the need for external heating systems. This pioneering process effectively removes complex contaminants such as soil, adhesives, glue, aluminum, wood, oils, lingering odors, and printing inks.
All this is done without the use of chemical additives or additional machinery, ensuring environmentally friendly and sustainable recycling of nonwoven.
Drying and granulation
Our drying machinery is designed to completely remove residual moisture from recycled nonwovens, bringing moisture content down to levels below 1%.
