Every stage of fishing net washing and recovery-from conception, design, production, and assembly-is managed in-house by our highly qualified staff. Our goal is to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and ensure a high level of energy efficiency and water sustainability.
Our plastic recycling equipment for fishing nets is structured in modular stages, tailored to the characteristics of the input material. Preparation, selection and prewashing
This stage is designed and carried out with special attention as it is essential to carry out careful selection, either manual or automatic, and excellent grinding to guarantee optimum operation of the entire recycling line and outstanding final product quality.
Hot washing
Our innovative hot washing system defibrates the material and delivers a high-quality product by eliminating glue and other contaminants. Our advanced system self-generates heat through friction, eliminating the need for external heating systems, reaching internal temperatures of up to 85°C for more thorough cleaning.
Separation and drying
Using our innovative technology, we are able to recover and recycle PA and PP, achieving 95-98% purity. After the separation process, the material is dried in our patented system, attaining a moisture content of less than 2% and achieving an excellent final product.
