Innovative washing of pulper waste
The configuration of a recovery line can be very different depending on the level of contamination of the pulper to be recovered. What sets us apart is our ability to design and build customised lines.
Recovery plants are divided into different stages, depending on the characteristics of the input material. In general, the plants designed by Recy are divided into several main stages:
Storage and prewashing
The storage process is a key step in managing pulper derived and we ensure that it is carried out with the
utmost care and attention. Next, stored materials undergo an initial washing process, with water depending on requirements, to carry out an initial removal of fiber present in the waste.
Friction washing
Unlike traditional systems, our pulper derived washing system uses hot washing through a unique friction process that self-generates heat, eliminating the need for external heating systems. With this method we friction plastic achieving a separation of plastic from paper.
Drying
Our machinery are specifically designed to eliminate all moisture from the product, allowing moisture levels of less than 1% to be achieved.
This reduction not only lowers energy and operational costs in subsequent processing stages but also contributes to the material’s excellent homogenization.
