These recycling systems are divided into several stages based on the characteristics of the input material. In general, the solutions designed by Recy to optimize the pulper waste washing and recovery process include advanced stages powered by industrial recycling system equipment for effective treatment of fibrous and plastic materials:
Storage and prewashing
Storage is a crucial step in the management of pulper for recycling, and we assure that this process is carried out with the utmost care.
Next, stored materials undergo an initial washing process, which can be water or dry, as required, to carry out an initial removal of the fiber present in the waste.
Friction washing
Unlike traditional systems, our pulper washing system relies on friction, generating heat naturally, without the need for external heating systems. With this method, we friction wash plastic and paper, achieving optimal separation, which allows pulper to be recycled efficiently and in a sustainable way.
Drying
Our drying machinery is specifically designed to remove all moisture from the product, enabling moisture levels of less than 1% to be achieved.
This reduction optimizes energy and operational costs in the next processing steps, while contributing to excellent homogenization of the material for high-quality recycling.
