Water treatment lines
We design and build hydronic units for the treatment of water from plastics processing lines.
TARGET RECYCLING
Efficiency for water treatment of recycling lines
The water treatment plant as a whole consists of the following sections:
Water pumping station, Self-cleaning rotary screen located downstream of the primary delivery pipe, Automatic polyelectrolyte preparer, Chemical reagent dosing station, specifically PAC and soda ash, and Floater.
Water from plastic washing is treated by precipitating colloidal substances with PAC (Aluminium Polychloride) and then coagulated with polyelectrolyte, and finally the water is separated from the sludge by flotation.
LINES
Advanced solutions for the treatment of industrial recycled water
Recy Technologies’ water treatment plants optimise the recovery and purification of industrial water, ensuring sustainable processes and minimising environmental impact.
Thanks to an integrated system and the use of advanced technologies, each line guarantees effective treatment, adapting to the specific needs of plastic washing lines.
Separation and filtration of materials
Wastewater is collected in a tank, from where it will be pumped to a heavy material separator and then to the Disc Screen, which removes all Sedimentable Solids above the size of the filter screens.
Chemical regulation and flocculation
The filtered water is sent to the Chemical Dosing Tanks where the Flocculants are added.
At this stage, Iron Sulphate and Sodium Hydroxide are dosed to correct the pH, and then the Polyelectrolyte is added.
In the biological tank, the pH must be corrected automatically to develop bacterial flora.
Any compound is used to obtain the correct BOD5 (Nitrogen necessary for the biological process).
Biological oxidation and sedimentation
In this process, the main oxidation of organic carbon takes place. The biological tank is oxygenated by air blowers and diffusers.
From the Reaction Tanks, the flow is sent to the sedimenter by a centrifugal pump.
The liquid is then sent to the sedimenter separating the sludge from the water, the sludge is partly recycled in the biological tank and partly evacuated.
After the sedimentation phase, the purified liquid goes into the sewage system.
